Sony Declines to Appear Before U.S. Congress
Sony says "thanks, but no thanks" to an invitation to testify before a U.S. Legislature hearing on "The Threat of Data Theft to American Consumers."

"We've taken a pretty roughneck line with the company, and they cause agreed to provide answers to all of our questions away close of business tomorrow," Ken Johnson, a senior advisor and spokesman for Subcommittee Chairwoman Interpreter Mary Bono Mack, told the NY Times. "While we understand the ship's company is going through a bully meter with this, there are certain questions that need answering."
